About The Role
We are looking for a driven and adaptable
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to help accelerate our outbound pipeline growth. As one of the first touchpoints for prospective customers, primarily Mid-Market to Enterprise accounts, you will be responsible for initiating conversations, identifying qualified opportunities, and leveraging our AI-enabled sales systems to optimize outreach.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, thrives in a dynamic environment, and brings strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and make an immediate impact on revenue generation.
*What You'll Do*
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline from Mid-Market to Enterprise prospects.
- Leverage AI tools, automation systems, and sales technology to improve outreach efficiency and personalization.
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and craft tailored messaging that resonates with their needs.
- Qualify inbound interest when needed, ensuring seamless handoff to the Sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting, messaging, and lead quality.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation in the CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Provide insights on prospect trends, competitive signals, and campaign performance to improve team processes.
- Represent the company with professionalism and strong business acumen in every interaction.
*Who You Are*
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related outbound role (B2B SaaS experience preferred but not required).
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to engage executives confidently.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting fundamentals and an interest in becoming an expert in pipeline generation.
- Coachable, curious, and motivated to exceed performance goals.
- Adaptable, able to work quickly, shift priorities, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Collaborative team player with experience contributing in group settings (for example, prior work teams, sports teams, volunteer leadership, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.

- Experience in B2B SaaS or other outbound sales environments.
- Background in high-ownership or high-effort environments (volunteering, sports teams, hospitality, etc.).
- Self-starter with a grinder mentality, someone who takes initiative and pushes through obstacles.
