Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative based in Belgrade, Serbia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales activities, and developing business strategies. The role involves daily communication with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in Business Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience calling U.S.-based businesses or startups
- Familiarity with HR or SaaS products
- Prior remote work experience
