About The Job:

We're seeking a Chat Support Specialist – Romanian language to join our dynamic iGaming team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Romanian-speaking players, providing timely, professional, and friendly support via live chat. You will handle inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
:

Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via live chat

Resolve customer issues related to accounts, deposits/withdrawals

Ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming policies

Maintain accurate logs and follow up on unresolved queries

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Good command of Romanian language (minimum B2)

Good command of English language (minimum B2)

Previous experience in customer support, ideally within iGaming, is a strong plus

Excellent typing, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused during night shifts

Familiarity with CRM/chat platforms is a plus
