Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Cash & Armored Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of all cash ordering and armored support processes.
• Train Cash & Armored Operations Analysts.
• Create and maintain documentation related to cash ordering and armored support processes.
• Primary owner of the Cash Management and Armored Management email boxes.
• Review daily cash orders and ensure all daily ordering tasks are completed.
• Review daily cash balances to ensure all ATMs have enough cash to last until the next scheduled cash fill, dispatching emergency cash requests as needed.
• Request and manage one-off frequency changes as individual changes are detected and support implementing mass/re-route frequency changes as needed.
• Incident identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, diagnosis, escalation, resolution and closure.
• Provide support for the Cash Management and Armored Management email boxes.
• Maintain and/or distribute numerous reports, including but not limited to, the order tracking report, daily dispense report and other daily and monthly reports.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
• Communicate efficiently and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
• Forming collaborative action plans with specific stakeholders and ensuring these are completed.
• Adapt to workflow changes and quickly resolve issues.
• Complete various departmental processes as assigned.

Systems Involved: Armored providers' incident and report web portal, CDS Webtools, Cisco Jabber, CORE, CT Reports, Device Manager, Funding partners' cash ordering web portal, ICOM, Opticash, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Windows Operating System, Vision.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise and train other Cash & Armored Operations Analysts.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or mathematics.
• Two to seven years' experience.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Experience with building client-facing reporting and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect and communicate results in a structured manner.
• Ability to make independent decisions and work in a team-based environment.
• High personal accountability for managing multiple issues simultaneously.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
• Clear and concise communication with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Must pass all applicable background screening tests.
