Your Role Supporting global and cluster KN trainers by creating training materials and innovative state-of-the-art e-Learning courses. An e-Learning developer plays a pivotal role in the creation, production and development of engaging, accessible and valuable digital learning materials that ensure knowledge gain and skill development. They liaise with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to build strong relationships and ensure all learning objectives are met within the agreed timescales. Raising of global company information security awareness to mitigate risks of cyber attacks. Using awareness material and resources to increase employee knowledge level of information security while increasing engagement. Your Responsibilities ⢠Designs, develops and implements new training content and courseware in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Rise and Vyond
⢠Maintains and updates existing training materials
⢠Captures and edits instructional audio and video content
⢠Compliance: Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to the area of responsibility
⢠Testing the training, quizzes and functionality in the learning system
⢠Managing voice-over recordings via different platforms
⢠Preparation of materials and visuals using Adobe Creative Cloud tools
⢠Production of animated videos and other animated elements
⢠Development of design specifications, storyboards, and interactions in cooperation with Process Owners
⢠Troubleshooting and resolving issues with learning technologies and course ware
⢠Suggesting improvements for the entire process of course creation and accompanying materials
⢠Redesigning and updating outdated trainings
⢠Using Adobe Creative Cloud tools for video production
⢠Creating icons and drawing assets for trainings
⢠Retouching photos for trainings
⢠Creation of awareness material for the information security department Your Skills and Experiences
  • Highly independent, creative, attention to detail, good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with authoring software, including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond.
  • PC literate (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
