  • Keep performance dashboards up to date
    while continuously exploring new ways to innovate and add value.
  • Mentor and train new team members,

  • Analize performance data to identify
    trends and proactively address issues with innovative corrective
    actions.
  • Support team growth by evaluating
    productivity, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging

Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams and processes within a data-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with data visualization tools
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Individual motivation with a passion for data and continuous learning.
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Willingness to travel internationally
