Senior HR Generalist Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Serbia. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders and team leads to drive impactful HR initiatives and support people throughout their lifecycle - from attracting and onboarding top talent to driving engagement, development, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to team leads and managers on HR matters, including employee relations, performance, engagement, and team development;
  • Guide local implementation of global HR initiatives (performance management, compensation, development planning, etc.);
  • Support the delivery of key HR projects across the region;
  • Analyze HR data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement; 
  • Collaborate with fellow HR colleagues to ensure operational excellence;
  • Act as a change agent for business transformation and people development initiatives; 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field;
  • 6–8 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a generalist or business partner capacity;
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment and employee engagement initiatives;
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure, independence, and flexibility;
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
