Job Opportunity: HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Novi Beograd, Serbia. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the success of our organization.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Administer employee benefits and answer related inquiries.
  • Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with training and development programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good business writing and verbal skills in English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
