Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic security initiatives across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating closely with product development teams and business leaders.
  • Develop and implement secure SDLC frameworks, including architecture reviews, automated security tool support, and threat modeling & penetration testing.
  • Oversee Vulnerability Management processes, identifying, triaging, and resolving security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain internal security tools to facilitate ongoing security operations.
  • Analyze proposed technical solutions, assessing their security impact and recommending controls.
  • Conduct thorough internal security audits, ensuring compliance with established policies and best practices.
  • Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise reporting.
  • Monitor key security metrics to gauge the effectiveness of implemented security measures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conducting penetration tests and scoping security assessments for diverse services.
  • Hands-on expertise in facilitating threat modeling sessions with engineering and product teams.
  • Familiarity with selecting, implementing, and maintaining advanced security products and services.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting with popular languages like Python, PowerShell, or Ruby.
  • Strong understanding of cryptography, authentication, protocols, and authorization.
  • Experience managing security incidents, developing response strategies, and implementing preventative measures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective explanation of complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian, written and verbal.
