Customer Support Specialists
with excellent communication skills in
German and English
.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers in
German
via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance related to automotive products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support
Requirements:
- Minimum
C1 level of German
(spoken and written) - Good command of
English
(B level minimum) - Previous experience in customer support or a service-oriented environment is a plus
- Flexibility to work in
night shifts - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
