ABOUT THE JOB:

We're seeking a
Chat Specialist – Norwegian Language
to join our dynamic iGaming team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking players, providing timely, professional, and friendly support via live chat. You will handle inquiries regarding accounts, in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via
    live chat
  • Resolve customer issues related to accounts, deposits/withdrawals
  • Ensure compliance with
    iGaming regulations
    and responsible gaming policies
  • Maintain accurate logs and follow up on unresolved queries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including
    response time, resolution rate
    , and
    customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Good command of Norwegian language (minimum B2)
  • Good command of
    English language
    (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in
    customer support
    , ideally within
    iGaming
    , is a strong plus
  • Excellent typing, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused during night shifts
  • Familiarity with CRM/chat platforms is a plus
