We are looking for an outstanding Senior Client Partner to join our team in Serbia. In this role, you will be consulting key advertisers and agencies in the market on how to deliver on their marketing objectives through Meta and Tiktok ads platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Management
  • Develop and nurture senior-level relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Understand client business objectives and act as a trusted consultant to drive mutual growth through Meta and Tiktok Advertising.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews to assess performance and uncover new opportunities.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by delivering tailored advertising and Meta and Tiktok platform solutions.
  • Build long-term plans for account expansion and client retention.
  • Client Solutions Focus
  • Partner with Client Solutions Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and timely execution.
  • Translate client needs into actionable strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and product expertise.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle—from pre-sales planning to post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal to ensure strategic alignment and consistent service delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in developing client engagement strategies and understanding product offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
  • 5 years of Sales experience, focused on large accounts: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships
  • Experience with online advertising, analytics, and social media
  • Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue)
  • You demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Possess solid project management skills
  • Ability to manage large customer relationships, and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision
  • Efficient communicator internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize and are comfortable managing multiple sales pitches and projects
  • Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond
