Position: Quality Control Shift Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Quality Control (QC) team.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and established QC procedures.
  • Manage team performance through motivation, coaching, and, when necessary, disciplinary action.
  • Monitor and align workflows across departments, ensuring consistent procedural compliance.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, databases, and performance reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Track and ensure timely completion of tasks in line with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with team members.
  • Support effective internal communication and foster collaboration with other departments.
  • Participate in team and management meetings, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain and manage inventory records and activity logs as required.
  • Respond to correspondence in a timely manner and provide periodic updates to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Previous experience in quality control or a similar supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and quality monitoring tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
