About the Role

We're looking for a
Junior Truck Driver Recruiter
to join the team and support recruitment activities for professional drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow a career in recruitment — previous recruitment experience is a plus but not required.

If you have experience in customer support or high-volume communication (50–60 calls per day) and enjoy talking to people, organizing information, and helping match candidates with the right roles, this could be the perfect fit for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    Find candidates through online platforms, social media, and job boards.
  • CV Screening:
    Review resumes to identify qualified truck driver candidates.
  • Communication:
    Reach out to candidates via phone, email, or chat to prequalify and schedule interviews.
  • Candidate Relationship:
    Maintain positive relationships with candidates, keeping them updated throughout the process.
  • Documentation:
    Keep accurate candidate information and notes in the tracking system.
  • Job Posting:
    Help create and post job descriptions to attract candidates.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with the senior recruiter to ensure smooth candidate flow and great candidate experience.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English
    , both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with candidates and team members. Other languages (especially Dutch and German) are a plus.
  • Strong social and cognitive skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with online tools and platforms.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in the transportation industry and truck driver recruitment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
