Job Description:

Rhythm is building an operations team and is looking for innovative thinkers looking to develop energy industry experience. Operations will include transactions, billing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will want to build new operational solutions through technology and be obsessed with providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Perform transactional activities associated with serving electric supply customers
  • Research, summarize, and analyze transaction and billing data to ensure performance within Service Level Agreements
  • Manage Electronic Data Interchange and Billing operations
  • Review enrollments and transactions
  • Exception and error queue resolution
  • Review billing for accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordination with customer experience to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Provide escalated customer support resolution

  • Competency in EDI and electricity supply a plus
  • Spanish fluency a plus
Requirements
  • Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, energy efficiency and conservation
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, Engineering or energy-related field preferred
  • 2 years administrative, operations, or analytics experience preferred
  • Working hours are typically 8 am-5 pm CT Monday-Friday
