HR Foundation Professional
to join their team.

HR Foundation Professional is a key collaborator in the human resources (HR) team, responsible for implementing HR foundation processes, managing systems and technologies at the local level, aligned with the organization's business goals. This role is based on a user-friendly approach to enhance employee experience and promote operational excellence in the HR foundation function.

Main tasks and responsibilites:

  • Overseeing and implementing all processes of the employee lifecycle with emphasis on payroll process.
  • Responsible for preparation, coordination and correct execution of payroll payout.
  • Communication with employees related to operational HR requests.
  • Preparation of all HR related documents for employees (e.g. Contracts, Annexes, Decisions, Rulings...)
  • Assisting in recruitment process (organization of interviews, etc.)
  • Onboarding: welcoming new employees to the workplace and executing necessary documentation.
  • Offboarding: coordinating and arranging processes upon employee departure.
  • Effectively managing all HR records, timely updating employee personal files and archiving documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws within the scope of responsibility.

You are open to new challenges and have the following qualifications / experience:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a human-related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, payroll or human resources
  • Experience in comparable positions in multinational environment is an advantage
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and willingness to learn new systems
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills) and Serbian
