Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Email & SMS Specialist to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

As an Email & SMS Specialist in our company you would be responsible for:

  • Keeping track of the performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions)
  • Maintaining and updating email & sms templates
  • Assisting in the creation and analysis of email & sms campaigns
  • Maintaining and improving existing trigger scenarios
  • Segmenting and managing email & sms lists for targeted campaigns
  • Cooperating with the copywriting team in order to develop engaging content meeting deadlines
  • Conducting A/B testing to find the best solutions
  • Communicating with providers if there are issues
  • Participating in the creation of an omnichannel strategy
  • Setting up bonuses and promo codes
  • Improving technical capabilities in collaboration with the development department

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in CRM, ideally in a digital product environment (iGaming, fintech, apps, or e-commerce).
  • Great analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Good understanding of customer behaviour metrics, user journeys, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English language

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in platforms Customer. io and/or Optimove and/or Infobip
