Opis posla
Strateško, operativno i finansijsko upravljanje hotelskom grupacijom, sa ciljem povećanja profitabilnosti, rasta i izvrsnosti kvaliteta usluge.
Zakonsko zastupanje Poslodavca i odgovornost za usklađenost sa zakonima u oblasti ugostiteljstva, radnih odnosa, bezbednosti, finansija.
Nadgledanje rada svih hotela u grupaciji i obezbeđivanje standardizacije procesa.
Definisanje i realizacija strategije razvoja i rasta sva tri hotela.
Analiza tržišta, trendova i novih poslovnih prilika.
Upravljanje ključnim nabavkama, ugovorima i investicijama.
Odgovonost za P&L svih hotela, postavljanje i praćenje finansijskih KPI-eva.
Praćenje realizacije prihoda po kanalima, segmentima i tržištima i usmeravanje prodajne i marketinske strategije za sva tri hotela.
Optimizacija internih procesa, troškova i efikasnosti poslovanja.
Realizacija internih audita i procene kvaliteta sa ciljem unapređenja kvaliteta usluge i očuvanja reputacije.
Motivacija i vođenje izvršnog tima.
Očekujemo
Visoku stručnu spremu u oblasti: menadžmenta, ekonomije, turizma.
Minimum 10 godina iskustva u sektoru usluga, od čega najmanje 5 na pozicijama u vođenju velikih sistema, poželjno iskustvo u vođenju hotelskih sistema.
Izuzetno poznavanje procesa operacija, prodaje, marketinga i finansija.
Proaktivnost i usmerenost ka rezultatima.
Visok nivo samostalnosti u donošenju odluka.
Izražene liderske i pregovaračke veštine.
Strateško i analitičko razmišljanje.
Konverzacijski nivo engleskog jezika.
