Sta ćeš raditi:

  • Analizirati i interpretirati podatke iz različitih izvora radi podrške strateškom odlučivanju.
  • Pripremati i standardizovati podatke kroz procese čišćenja, integracije i modelovanja.
  • Kreirati interaktivne dashboarde i izveštaje kroz Power BI.
  • Identifikovati trendove, obrasce i prilike za unapređenje poslovnih procesa.
  • Blisko sarađivati sa poslovnim, IT i Data Engineering timovima na razvoju data rešenja.
  • Pratiti nove tehnologije, alate i trendove u oblasti data analitike i AI.

Koje su potrebne kvalifikacije:

  • VII stepen stručne spreme
  • Razumevanje procesa poslovnog odlučivanja i uloge podataka u donošenju odluka
  • Sposobnost interpretacije podataka i prevođenja u jasne poslovne uvide
  • Iskustvo u izradi interaktivnih vizualizacija i dashboarda (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense...)
  • Fokusiranost na detalje i visok nivo preciznosti
  • Jasno i strukturirano prezentovanje rezultata (grafički i verbalno)
  • Samostalnost u radu i proaktivnost u predlaganju rešenja
