About The Role:

As the Engineering Partner Network Development Lead at Paysend, you will be at the forefront of building, managing, and evolving our partner engineering capabilities. This role combines technical leadership with strategic coordination to ensure that our engineering units operate effectively and in line with the company's broader goals.

You'll oversee and guide software development practices within the team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to internal standards. Your responsibilities will include managing team performance, aligning technical solutions with business needs, and ensuring knowledge sharing and professional growth across the unit.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Control following our processes and approaches in software development inside the team
  • Control and support knowledge level about using technologies inside the team
  • Саггу out general management and planning of the Unit's work;
  • Coordinate the work of the Unit and cooperate with other divisions of the Company within the framework of the performance of official duties by employees of the Unit;
  • Approve documents related to the competence of the Unit;
  • Consider personnel issues in the Unit, as well as issues of professional development of employees of the Unit;
  • Control the quality and timeliness of the performance of official duties by employees of the Unit;
  • Manage the process of developing banking software;
  • Choose existing software and technical solutions to solve the tasks ог determine the need to develop and maintain specialized software (software)
