We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator –Estimate.

This is not a senior position, but it does require previous hands-on experience with estimates, negotiations, or coordinating prices of works. The role is well-suited for candidates who already have some exposure to project coordination and want to further develop their career in this field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creation and completion of project schedule
  • Complete material take-off and planning/coordination of subcontractors and materials
  • Coordinating with Project Manager on project documents needed
  • Working on estimates- calling Vendors, entering information in the system, confirming and closing
  • Assist PM with establish scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors
  • Assist the PM with shipments of materials to the appropriate sites
  • Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work
  • Prepare and maintain cost tracker to ensure budget guidelines are being met
  • Monitor activities of subcontractors and employees on job sites, confirm check-ins/check-outs and review photos
  • Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors with direction from the PM
  • Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete as required

  • Execute small projects independently if needed

What we expect from you:

  • Proficient level of English language
  • Associate degree in business or a technical field
  • Previous experience with estimates, pricing negotiations, or similar tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to work afternoon shift, Mon-Fri from 3 pm to 11 pm
  • Readiness to attend two week training in the office (after that, the position is mostly remote with 3 days per month in the office)
