We are looking for an
Employee Relations Specialist
to join our HR team and contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture, building strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

This role is ideal for someone with strong empathy, an understanding of workplace interpersonal challenges, and a desire to make a tangible impact on employees' daily experiences. Additionally, we seek someone interested in labor law and committed to maintaining a lawful, ethical, and fair work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive work atmosphere.
  • Resolve internal conflicts and employee issues through facilitation and mediation.
  • Participate in creating employee satisfaction surveys and questionnaires.
  • Conduct employee interviews (1-on-1, stay/exit interviews) and analyze feedback.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Monitor pulse and engagement surveys and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to internal communication campaigns and culture-preservation programs.
  • Work with the legal team to address complex employee-related legal matters.
  • Cooperate with legal experts on internal policies and compliance with labor laws, as well as the implementation of relevant policies. Prepare reports on activities and outcomes.
  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of HR processes and operational tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education in psychology, law, HR management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, culture, and communication.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
  • Experience in facilitation, counseling, and/or mediation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you listen, understand, and connect.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret employee feedback.
  • Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language.
