motivated Regional Sales Supervisor
to strengthen and lead their local sales team.

Position Overview

As a
Regional Sales Supervisor
, you will oversee and support a team of
6–7 field sales representatives
, ensuring sales targets are achieved through structured planning, coaching, and market development.

You will play a key role in setting direction, improving team efficiency, and building strong partnerships with distributors and retailers across the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Plan daily and weekly field activities, monitor results, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales representatives.
  • Negotiate with distributors and retail partners to ensure effective product placement and brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Implement performance management systems and ensure accurate reporting through digital tools.
  • Collaborate with management on pricing, sales strategy, and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    University degree (preferably in business, economics, or technical sciences).
  • Experience:
    At least
    5 years in FMCG sales leadership
    , ideally managing field representatives or regional sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of
    retail and wholesale market dynamics
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and familiarity with CRM or mobile reporting systems.
  • Valid B-category driver's license
    and readiness for regular travel.
