Sales Director – Carrier Business

Location:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Director
to lead and expand our
Carrier Business
in
Serbia
. This strategic role focuses on driving growth through strong partnerships with telecom operators, leading the end-to-end sales process, and positioning our advanced network solutions - including
5G, fibre networks, and consumer devices -
at the forefront of the market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
telecom sales
, deep understanding of the
carrier landscape in Serbia
, and a proven track record of
building long-term B2B relationships
, exceeding revenue targets, and navigating complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts with Telekom Serbia
    , identifying strategic opportunities to expand market share and strengthen partnerships.
  • Develop and execute the
    sales strategy
    for carrier business in Serbia, focusing on long-term growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within
    Telekom Serbia
    and other telecom operators.
  • Drive the entire
    sales lifecycle
    – from opportunity identification, proposal development, and contract negotiation to project delivery and after-sales support.
  • Promote the company's portfolio of
    network infrastructure solutions
    including 5G, fiber technology, IT and next-gen home connectivity products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies and propose innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with
    technical, marketing, and product teams
    to align offers with client requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings to
    enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
    in Serbia.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, forecasts, and strategic reports to regional leadership.
  • Ensure
    compliance with company policies, local regulations
    , and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years in the telecommunication industry, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
  • Skills:
    Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentations skills. In-depths knowledge of telecommunication products and market dynamics. Fluent English skills are a must and additional languages of the regions a plus.
