prve fizičke prodavnice u Ložionici
– i tražimo osobu koja će postaviti temelje njenog rada.

Tvoj zadatak?

Da preneseš duh Komune u prostor prepun svetla i inspiracije – i pretvoriš ga u maloprodajnu destinaciju koja oduševljava svakog posetioca.

Šta ćeš raditi

  • Postaviti operativni sistem prodavnice od prvog dana – od procedura i rasporeda do vizuelnog standarda i customer experience-a
  • Uspostaviti standarde inspirisane najboljim praksama velikih međunarodnih maloprodajnih lanaca
  • Upravljati timom (store manager + prodavac) i brinuti da atmosfera u prodavnici bude jednako profesionalna koliko i topla i gostoljubiva
  • Povezivati se sa brendovima, događajima i posetiocima – stvarajući iskustvo koje je više od same kupovine
  • Kontrolisati zalihe, prodaju i izveštavanje

Šta očekujemo od tebe

  • Iskustvo u vođenju ili organizaciji rada prodavnice (idealno u velikim međunarodnim retail lancima)
  • Veštinu postavljanja sistema od nule i održavanja visokog standarda u svakodnevnom radu
  • Organizovanost, preciznost i oko za detalje
  • Razvijene liderske veštine i sposobnost da motivišeš i vodiš tim
  • Ljubav prema domaćim brendovima i razumevanje značaja kvalitetnog customer experience-a
