Financial Controller
who will help strengthen our financial performance and support the company's growth with accurate insights and robust analytical frameworks.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-minded
Financial Controller
who will play a central role in monitoring financial performance.

In this position, you will analyse costs, prepare budgets and periodic reports, and work closely with the Finance Director to ensure transparency, accuracy, and strategic alignment across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and monitor costs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; identify variances, trends, and key issues.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports, including inventory, sales analyses, and other periodic dashboards.
  • Contribute to the design, improvement, and standardisation of the company's financial reporting framework.
  • Prepare and analyse annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasts.
  • Produce financial reports in accordance with internal and corporate requirements.
  • Develop new analytical reports and tools to improve insight and decision-making.
  • Continuously enhance methodologies and analytical processes.
  • Prepare data and reporting in line with requests from the founders and senior leadership.
  • Provide daily operational and analytical support.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical processes.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel skills;
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
