What will you do?

You will play a key role in connecting
Finance, IT, and Investments
, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and insight across all financial planning and reporting processes.

Your work will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth within the Dr. Max.

You will:

· Prepare documents for regular monthly reporting and forecasting in close cooperation with the IT department and the Project Office/Investments

· Actively participate in the creation of a financial plan for the entire IT area within the Dr. Max Group

· Support planning and evaluation of investment projects across both IT and non-IT areas

· Support the Accounting Department in preparing standard monthly financial statements

· Develop reporting and analytical tools according to management needs

· Evaluate plan and forecast implementation, monitor KPIs, and communicate deviations

· Prepare monthly financial presentations for management

· Provide ad-hoc business support for other departments as needed

What do we expect from you?

· Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling

· Knowledge of accounting rules and financial reporting

· Advanced Excel skills

· Analytical mindset with the ability to connect information and see the bigger picture

· Independence, responsibility, and proactive approach

· Strong team orientation and collaboration skills

· Advanced English (company working language)

Nice to have:

· Experience in IT or investment project finance

· Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools

· Experience in retail, FMCG, or pharma industry
