Role Description

We are looking for a
Tendering / Proposal Engineer
to join our team in Belgrade.

This position is crucial for the
technical preparation of bids and construction offers
, playing a key role in the tendering process for large-scale projects.

The role includes:

  • Preparing detailed technical and commercial offers based on tender documentation
  • Coordinating with internal technical teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather inputs
  • Performing quantity take-offs and cost estimations
  • Ensuring proposals comply with both client requirements and company standards
  • Reviewing tender documentation and identifying key project demands
  • Supporting procurement activities and assisting in vendor selection

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, offer preparation, or technical documentation in the construction sector
  • University degree in
    Civil Engineering
    or a related technical field
  • Solid knowledge of
    construction methods
    , materials, and project workflows
  • Familiarity with
    local and international building standards and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or quantity surveying tools is a plus
  • Fluent in Serbian; professional working proficiency in English
