Purpose of Role:
As a Sales Engineer at Weir Minerals, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to our customers in the mining industry. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic sales, working closely with clients to provide world-class equipment and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Original Equipment sales across Serbia and the Balkans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including tenders, quotations, and accurate reporting in Salesforce.
  • Develop new business opportunities and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining, Mineral Processing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the mining sector.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.

Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
