Potrebne kvalifikacije:

  • Srednja stručna škola ili VII stepen stručne spreme – prehrambeni, tehnološki ili srodni smer
  • Poželjno iskustvo u trajanju od 2 godine na istim ili sličnim poslovima

Opis glavnih zaduženja:

  • Planiranje i praćenje proizvodnog procesa prema dnevnom/mesečnom planu.
  • Obezbeđivanje da se proizvodnja odvija prema standardima kvaliteta, bezbednosti i higijene.
  • Koordinacija sa ostalim sektorima (održavanje, kontrola kvaliteta, skladište).
  • Raspodela zadataka zaposlenima tokom smene
  • Održavanje motivacije tima i rešavanje konflikata
  • Osiguravanje da svi članovi tima razumeju i prate proizvodne i sigurnosne procedure.
  • Praćenje rada mašina i opreme tokom smene.
  • Beleženje i analiza proizvodnih rezultata i KPI pokazatelja.
  • Identifikacija uskih grla i predlog mera za poboljšanj
  • Osiguravanje usklađenosti sa standardima HACCP, ISO 22000 ili drugim relevantnim standardima u prehrambenoj industriji.

Profil kandidata:

  • Sposobnost organizacije i vođenja tima.
  • Razumevanje tehnoloških procesa u prehrambenoj proizvodnji.
  • Veštine rešavanja problema i donošenja odluka.
  • Dobro poznavanje rada na računaru (Excel, ERP sistemi).
  • Odgovornost, preciznost i prilagodljivost.
