Tasks:

  • Implementation of Macrobank core banking software for clients
  • IT project management
  • Communication with various stakeholders (internal – sales, technical team; external – clients, third party providers)
  • Managing of projects' budget
  • Planning and prioritising works
  • Overseeing projects scope and execution
  • Reporting to COO
  • Other ongoing relevant tasks from COO

Candidate specification:

  • Higher education in IT, economics or banking
  • Motivation and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter, hands-on experience, ability to develop BRD
  • Commitment, punctuality, strict compliance with deadlines
  • Numerate with developing analytical skills
  • Deep and years long knowledge of financial transactions, primarily, payment transactions
  • Operational mindset
  • Attention to details, diligence
  • Knowledge of accounting basics (chart of accounts, entries, accounts, balances, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic banking business processes
  • Fluent English (intermediate or higher)
  • Fluent Russian (intermediate or higher)
