. Kao član našeg tima, bićete prva linija podrške za tehničke probleme i zahteve korisnika, pružajući osnovnu IT podršku, rešavajući probleme i eskalirajući složenije zahteve višim nivoima podrške.

Osnovni zadaci i zaduženja:

  • Pružanje osnovne IT podrške korisnicima
  • Rešavanje L1 problema sa računarima, softverom i hardverom
  • Instalacija, konfiguracija i održavanje računarskih sistema
  • Eskalacija složenijih problema L2 i L3 nivoima podrške
  • Obuka korisnika o osnovnim IT procedurama i rešenjima

Poželjne kvalifikacije i iskustvo:

  • Srednja stručna sprema iz oblasti informacionih tehnologija ili srodnih oblasti
  • Osnovno znanje o računarima, mrežama i operativnim sistemima (Windows)
  • Sposobnost rešavanja problema i analitičko razmišljanje
  • Odlične komunikacione veštine i sposobnost rada u timu
  • Iskustvo u pružanju IT podrške (prednost ali nije obavezno)
  • Sertifikati kao što su CompTIA A+ ili slični su prednost
  • Osnovno znanje engleskog jezika
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
