Level Up Interactive is a company involved in management and marketing of several brands in the iGaming industry and is looking to grow its team due to expansion of business and streamlining business processes.
We are looking for a strong and communicative person to fill in the Casino Host role. This is B2C oriented role that requires friendly approach but also professionalism in order to ensure customer's inquiries have been dealt with in a positive and timely manner.
Dig into the world of iGaming, showbusiness in business and enjoy the journey of exploring this dynamic industry
Job Responsibilities:
Providing HOW-TO guidance to the customers
Handling Live Chat support tickets independently or escalating them
Overseeing general customer experience
Representing our brands on specialized websites and forums
Create and analyze periodical reports about customer satisfaction
Ensuring improvement of customer satisfaction
Perfect Candidate:
Experience as Customer Support representative is a must
Oriented towards customer satisfaction
Great problem solver
Self driven and well organized
Strong with multitasking
English language at full business proficiency is a must
Experience in iGaming or similar industries is a plus
German language at conversational proficiency is a plus
