• Source and qualify multilingual candidates for customer service, sales, and technical support positions.


• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within customer service, sales, or related industries.


• Strong communication and time management skills.


• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media).
