Purpose
As a Commercial Operations Coordinator at Roche, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial processes and operational excellence. By coordinating different phases of the sales process, maintaining strong communication with buyers, and supporting cross-functional collaboration, you will help drive efficiency, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to Roche's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions to patients.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for external customers, ensuring proactive and professional communication related to product supply and availability
- Support the Commercialization Team through the creation, updating, and distribution of reports, as well as coordination of communication with buyers and maintenance of contracts, agreements, and documentation
- Maintain and continuously improve the distribution system to ensure Roche products fully meet market needs, including preparation of business cases for public procurements and tenders
- Coordinate and optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency in commercial operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth information flow and effective issue resolution
Requirements & Qualifications
- You have a university degree in medical field (preferably Medicine and Pharmacy); Other business-related degrees (law, economics, etc.) with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be also considered;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry in sales or commercial field;
- You have a growth mindset, learn quickly, and actively share knowledge through collaboration with colleagues across different teams;
- You are a team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset;
- You write and speak English fluently
- You are self-motivated, passionate about the job with developed customer focus and agility skills
- You are open-minded, result-oriented and dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development
