REGIONALNI MENADŽER

Regionalni menadžer odgovoran je za operativno vođenje i organizaciju maloprodajnih objekata u svojoj regiji, kao i za sprovođenje definisanih procedura i standarda Skroz dobre pekare. Njegova uloga podrazumeva ostvarivanje ciljeva prometa, održavanje visokog nivoa efikasnosti i obuke zaposlenih, kao i kontrolu sprovođenja internih procedura i procesa rada. Direktno rukovodi timom zaposlenih u više objekata, planira rasporede, prati rezultate i preduzima mere za unapređenje poslovanja. Takođe, odgovoran je za efikasnu komunikaciju sa ostalim sektorima i izveštavanje o postignutim rezultatima i izazovima u radu.

Opis posla:

  • Rukovođenje timovima i organizacija rada maloprodajnih objekata.
  • Kontrola sprovođenja procedura i standarda rada.
  • Kreiranje rasporeda rada u skladu sa definisanom produktivnošću.
  • Kontinuirana obuka i unapređenje zaposlenih radi postizanja visoke efikasnosti.
  • Aktivno rešavanje problema vezanih za zaposlene.
  • Praćenje konkurentskih aktivnosti.
  • Unapređenje prodaje i realizacija mesečnih ciljeva.
  • Organizacija, raspoređivanje zaposlenih i održavanje dobrih međuljudskih odnosa u objektima.
  • Planiranje korišćenja godišnjih odmora.
  • Briga o urednom i zakonitom funkcionisanju objekata.

Uslovi:

  • Minimum IV stepen stručne spreme.
  • Minimum 3 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim pozicijama.
  • Poznavanje rada na računaru (MS Office paket).
  • Proaktivnost i fokusiranost na realizaciju ciljeva.
  • Sistematičnost i analitičnost u radu.
  • Izražene organizacione, liderske i komunikacione veštine.
  • Iskustvo u rukovođenju timovima u maloprodaji.
  • Sposobnost planiranja, određivanja prioriteta i samoorganizacije.
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije (aktivan vozač).
  • Visok stepen samoinicijative.
  • Uspešno završena obuka svih procesa rada za maloprodajna radna mesta.
