Summary
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who will collaborate with our Engineering, Data science, Customer Success, Marketing, Data Strategy, and Leadership teams to drive our fraud protection products forward.
Playing a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to lead the development and enhancement of Digital Identity product portfolio, with the focus on Intelligence, as a unique product within Telesign product suite. Driving the vision, roadmap, execution of Intelligence strategy that will enable the differentiation of Telesign's fraud protection solutions globally and drive the revenue growth within Digital Identity portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Active participant in development and articulation of a clear vision for Telesign Digital Identity product portfolio. Understanding the market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes that will drive Intelligence enhancements and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Data Strategy, Program Management, and Legal&Privacy teams to drive Intelligence development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with product vision, quality standards, regulation and legal requirements, as well as delivery timelines by fostering the culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Roadmap Planning and Execution: Creating and managing a product roadmap related to Intelligence, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer feedback and market analysis. Driving the execution of the roadmap in collaboration with engineering and data science teams, ensuring timely delivery of Intelligence product increment requirements.
- Product Development Oversight: Maintain the product backlog and drive the agile process as the Product Owner to the Intelligence engineering teams to enhance the capabilities to develop and deploy Intelligence platform components and new features.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating product updates, milestones, and insights to internal stakeholders, including executives, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establishing key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of our Intelligence product. Analyzing usage data, customer feedback, new features performances to identify areas for optimization and driving continuous product improvement and success. Anticipate problems in the software development lifecycle and work to resolve them.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner role
- Strong technical background with proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience working with cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, self-organized, with a proactive approach and able to multitask
- Use of common issue / task tracking tools (eg. JIRA)
- Experience using Scrum or other agile methodologies
- Demonstrated skills in delivering high quality products
