Opis posla:

  • Izrada individualnih ponuda za nove i postojeće zakupce
  • Aktivna komunikacija sa zakupcima u cilju zakazivanja sastanaka, prezentacija ili pregovora, uz vođenje evidencije o planiranim i realizovanim sastancima.
  • Izrada ugovora i aneksa u skladu sa internim procedurama i uslovima dogovorenim sa zakupcem
  • Priprema finansijskih i operativnih kalkulacija i analiza
  • Evidentiranje i praćenje statusa ugovorne dokumentacije (potpisani/nepotpisani ugovori, aneksi, ponude)

Zahtevi pozicije:

  • Prethodno iskustvo na sličnim pozicijama je poželjno, ali nije neophodno
  • Dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • Srednja ili viša stručna sprema
  • Dobro poznavanje MS Office paketa (Word, Excel, Power Point)
