Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belgrade for a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coach in the mining industry. The HSE Coach will support and guide operations in maintaining workplace safety, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with environmental and health standards. Daily responsibilities include facilitating training sessions, conducting audits, engaging with teams to promote a safety-first culture, and addressing on-site occupational health standards. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in workplace OHS standards, risk assessment, and safety program implementation.
  • Strong skills in environmental management, compliance auditing, and regulatory adherence.
  • Experience in team training, personnel development, and promoting safety and health culture.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance, operations documentation, and reporting for business improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge in mining operations or industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work in an on-site role and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
