We are looking for a Group IT Manager who will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the IT infrastructure across the group and countries, as well as providing technical leadership in all aspects of the business. You will be in charge of driving our technological vision while ensuring the smooth operation of critical IT systems.

About the position:

We are looking for a
Group Business Systems Manager (SAP B1)
to take full ownership of our SAP B1 system across all countries in the Tech-Con Group. In this role, you will lead the setup, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP B1, serving as the key internal expert across finance, logistics, sales, and operations. This is a hands-on role with group-level impact, reporting directly to leadership and working closely with stakeholders in each country.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (implementation, support, configuration)
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, logistics, or operations
  • Experience working across multiple countries or locations is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
  • Experience with Power BI or CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics) is a bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the SAP Business One system across all entities in the Group
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain SAP B1 modules (finance, inventory, logistics, sales)
  • Provide internal support and training for SAP B1 users across departments
  • Lead SAP B1 rollout and implementation projects in new countries or business units
  • Ensure system integrity, documentation, and alignment with business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve workflows
  • Coordinate with external SAP B1 vendors for advanced customization or support

Nice-To-Have:

  • Support development of Power BI dashboards or reporting tools
  • Liaise with CRM platform owners (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure data alignment
  • Work with external IT vendors to support local infrastructure and cybersecurity needs.
