The Role
We're seeking a
proactive, communicative, and highly organized People & Culture Specialist
to join our fast-paced team on a
part-time basis
. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic small business environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and can handle diverse responsibilities with efficiency and keen attention to detail. You will be fundamental in managing our talent lifecycle and fostering a thriving, creative company culture.
What You'll Do
- Recruitment & Sourcing:
Manage the entire candidate sourcing and hiring process from initial outreach and screening to scheduling and offer management.
- Culture Management:
Actively contribute to maintaining and enhancing a positive, collaborative, and high-performing company culture.
- Events Management:
Coordinate and execute company events and team activities, including team-building sessions, educational workshops, and social gatherings.
- Administrative Support:
Handle essential daily administrative and operational tasks in collaboration with executive leadership and accounting teams.
- Contract Drafting:
Prepare and draft hiring contracts and essential HR-related documentation.
- Compliance:
Maintain basic knowledge of employment law and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR processes.
What We're Looking ForEssential:
- Proven experience working in
small, fast-paced companies
where agility and resourcefulness are crucial.
- Basic working knowledge of
employment law and regulations
.
- Excellent communication skills
(written and verbal) with proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions precisely while proactively
taking initiative
and solving problems.
- Proven experience with the full
hiring process and candidate sourcing
.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous
attention to detail
.
Highly Valued:
- Openness to utilizing AI tools
and modern HR technologies to streamline processes.
- Experience in a creative or digital agency setting.
