Currently, we are seeking a Project Assistant to join our expanding team.

Role Description

  • Assist in organizing and providing logistical support to consultants.
  • Administer the e-platform for distributing and processing questionnaires.
  • Manage the product localization process by coordinating translation, graphic preparation, and printing of materials.
  • Enter and update content on websites (using WordPress and LinkedIn).
  • Communicate with the parent company and other branches to facilitate project implementation.
  • Provide logistical support in organizing conferences and workshops, including administrative tasks such as issuing invoices and maintaining records of active projects.

Qualifications


• University or higher professional degree (preferably graduates of the Faculty of Social Sciences).


• Proficient in English.


• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office 365 proficiency and experience with various applications.


• Minimum one year of experience in project management or related work.


• Strong interpersonal communication skills with exceptional literacy and eloquence.
