Process Analyst

Location: Belgrade

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in the area of process management and optimization.

Key responsibilities include:


•     Conducting business process analysis to support improvement and optimization initiatives;


•     Conducting data flow analysis to understand how data moves through business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making;


•     Acting as the central point of communication for process management activities;


•     Proposing and supporting bank-wide projects aimed at identifying, analyzing, improving, and monitoring business processes;


•     Measuring process activities and performance;


•     Defining and tracking process performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs);


•     Supporting other organizational units in redesigning processes to enhance efficiency and align with strategic goals, including:

o  AS IS analysis and TO BE process proposals;

o  Defining optimal process models;

o  Approving and implementing process changes;

o  Monitoring and verifying process improvement proposals;


•     Issuing process documentation, including preparation of the final reports with conclusions and recomendations;


•     Updating the process catalog.

Candidate Profile:


•     University degree (Level VII) in Economics, Banking, Finance, or Organizational Sciences;


•     Proactive mindset and interest in process improvement and implementation;


•     Strong communication skills;


•     Passion for introducing and implementing process changes;


•     Analytical thinking and attention to details.
