Сейчас мы ищем HR-generalist, который поможет нам в поиске команды для продвижения нашей компании в Сербии. Приглашаем вас стать частью нашей команды и расти вместе

Вам предстоит:

  • Организация деятельности HR-департамента торговой сети с нуля;
  • Организация кадрового документооборота;
  • Поиск и подбор персонала;
  • Разработка ЛНА;
  • Организация охраны труда на предприятии;
  • Взаимодействие с фондами, страховыми компаниями, банками по зарплатным проектам.

Мы ожидаем:

  • Знание организации работы кадрового учета и документооборота, подбора, охраны труда;
  • Свободное ориентирование в трудовом законодательстве Сербии;
  • Знание и практика организации охраны труда на предприятии;
  • Понимание системы отчетности, взаимодействие с фондами, страховыми компаниями, банками по зарплатным проектам;
  • Понимание архитектуры и автоматизации бизнес-процессов в кадровой учетной системе;
  • Готовность участвовать в операционной работе и организации деятельности HR-департамента торговой сети с нуля, развитие департамента и кадровых процессов в Сербии;
  • Опыт работы старшим специалистом или руководителем отдела кадров (преимущественно в торговых компаниях Сербии).
