Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) in Belgrade. The role involves providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, managing day-to-day office tasks, and assisting with communication and coordination. Additional responsibilities include supporting financial tasks, such as reporting and tracking, and engaging in analytical activities to solve problems and optimize processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Proven ability to perform Administrative Assistance and Customer Service tasks efficiently
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
  • Basic knowledge or experience in handling Finance-related tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain organizational efficiency
  • Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage
  • Mandarin is a must
