As part of our international finance team, you'll work on global topics, collaborate across countries, and gain valuable hands-on experience in daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing:
    Check and post incoming invoices from domestic and foreign suppliers, as well as travel expenses.
  • Account accuracy:
    Ensure invoices are recorded to the correct accounts, cost centers, and project codes.
  • Documentation control
    : Verify that all financial documents are properly approved, complete, and compliant with internal procedures.
  • Payments:
    Prepare weekly and manual payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Closing support
    : Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Record keeping:
    Maintain financial records and databases accurate and up to date.
  • Process improvement:
    Support the maintenance of internal financial controls and documentation of accounting procedures.

Education
: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

Experience
: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

Technical skills:

  • Good command of
    MS Office
    , especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of
    SAP
    or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Professional knowledge:

  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to accounting, finance, and tax.

Language skills:
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
