Within our Shared Service Center (SSC), the
Expense Reporting Group
plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Approve expense reports in
    Concur
    .
  • Review and verify primary accounting documents.
  • Recognize expenses in line with the
    Corporate Expense Policy
    and accounting standards.
  • Participate in
    process improvement initiatives
    .

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience with accounting documents processing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Financial and basic accounting knowledge.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Language Requirements:

  • English:
    B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
