We are looking for a
Call Center Assistant Manager
to join our team in the
iGaming industry
. In this role, you will support the Call Center Manager in
leading daily operations, driving performance, and ensuring top-tier customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day call center operations.
  • Coordinate and motivate the team to meet KPIs and service targets.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry (mandatory).
  • Strong background in call center operations and people management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Turkish (mandatory).
