We are looking for a
Call Center Assistant Manager
to join our team in the
iGaming industry
. In this role, you will support the Call Center Manager in
leading daily operations, driving performance, and ensuring top-tier customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day call center operations.
- Coordinate and motivate the team to meet KPIs and service targets.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry (mandatory).
- Strong background in call center operations and people management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Turkish (mandatory).
