Job Description

Job Purpose
We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to assist the IMS Team with transferring and uploading documentation from one system to another. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and transfer documentation between designated systems accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure proper file naming and organization according to IMS standards.
• Collaborate with team members across different regions to meet project timelines.
• Perform basic quality checks on uploaded documents.

Requirements

• Language: Conversant in English (written and spoken).
• Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and web-based platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Open to all qualifications and experience levels; training will be provided.
