Friendly klijent, regionalna IT kompanija, traži Head of ICT Sales & Solutions Tražimo iskusnog profesionalca iz oblasti ICT prodaje i rada sa poslovnim korisnicima, koji je spreman da vodi timove i usmerava ih ka ostvarivanju prodajnih ciljeva
Tvoje odgovornosti:
- Postavljanje ciljeva i prioriteta za tim u skladu sa prodajnom i poslovnom strategijom kompanije.
- Praćenje performansi tima, analiza KPI pokazatelja i sprovođenje mera za unapređenje rezultata.
- Koordinacija i nadzor nad ključnim prodajnim prilikama i projektima, posebno onima sa visokim strateškim značajem.
- Proaktivno identifikovanje tržišnih trendova i konkurentskih aktivnosti, uz predlaganje inicijativa za unapređenje ponude i pristupa tržištu.
- Upravljanje i optimizacija prodajnih procesa i alata koje tim koristi (npr. CRM, reporting, pipeline management).
- Rešavanje eskalacija i složenih situacija sa klijentima, koje prevazilaze redovne operativne aktivnosti članova tima.
- Redovno izveštavanje top menadžmenta o rezultatima, potencijalima i izazovima tima, uz predloge za unapređenja.
Tvoje kvalifikacije:
- Minimum 5 godina iskustva u korporativnoj prodaji, a od toga bar 2 godine na lead/mentorskoj roli
- Dokazano iskustvo u vođenju prodajnih timova, poželjno u prodaji kompleksnih ICT rešenja
- Poznavanje tržišta, sa akcentom na velika i srednja preduzeća
- Jako razvijene komunikacione, pregovaračke i prezentacione veštine, iskustvo u radu sa C-level donosiocima odluka
- Sposobnost donošenja odluka i preuzimanja odgovornosti u dinamičnom i ciljno orijentisanom okruženju.
- Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika u pisanoj i verbalnoj komunikaciji
- Vozačka dozvola
